아일라 중심 항구 보모어는 만을 마주한 창고에서 바닷바람과 이탄을 함께 머금는다. 1995년 증류해 9년을 보낸 뒤 2004년에 병입된 라비니아 셀렉션으로, 잔에는 옅은 금빛이 담긴다. 향은 그을린 호두와 젖은 양모, 바닷물과 젖은 바위의 미네랄이 산뜻하게 열린다. 46도의 도수로 입안에서는 마지팬과 진저브레드, 훈제한 꿀의 부드러운 단맛이 흐른다. 여운은 조금 더 짭짤하게 이어지며 이탄과 녹차의 뉘앙스가 깔끔하게 남는다.

cleaner and grassier than the others. Smoked walnuts? I should try that one day. Wet wool, wet rocks, seawater and just hints of almonds. Nice nose!

smoother than the Whisky Agency, more on marzipan and gingerbread. Smoked honey? Gets bigger after that, peatier and grassier
timer Finish
a tad saltier and, just like its twin, peatier than other Bowmores in the finish. A lot of green tea in the aftertaste
