노즈에서는 포트 캐스크에서 온 자두와 체리, 라즈베리 같은 붉은 과일이 먼저 드러나고 훈연은 한 발 물러서 있다. 1989년 증류돼 23년을 보낸 이 보모어는 예상보다 부드럽게 발전한다. 팰럿은 훈연한 뱅쇼를 떠올리게 하는 오렌지와 달콤한 와인, 시나몬과 정향이 이어지며 50.8도의 도수가 균형을 잡아준다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 오렌지와 후추, 시나몬의 여운이 남는다. 붉은 과실이 아일라의 연기를 부드럽게 감싼다.

this baby's having a little trouble after the previous ones, the smoke being more discreet. We're actually much more on red fruits, plums, cherries, raspberries... In the background, more farmy (hints of cowstable) elements but very little lavender or violets if any. Mellower than expected. With water: once again it's struggling a bit after the big young ones. I seem to find a little geranium water, maybe rosehip or hawthorn
