Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 보모어 1989의 농익은 이탄 연기와 감초, 뿌리 같은 흙내음이 또렷하게 드러난다. 라 프레세프토리 피니시가 준 달콤한 와인의 뉘앙스와 바닐라, 말린 과일이 겹치며 피트가 점점 강하게 발전한다. 팰럿은 46도로 배 사탕과 감초 같은 단맛이 먼저 열리고 뒤이어 후추의 매운기와 이탄이 순서대로 드러난다. 남프랑스 스위트 와인이 더해진 올드 보모어다운 개성이 입안을 채운다. 피니시는 길고 라벤더 시럽과 건초, 한 줌의 소금기가 여운으로 남으며 감초의 뉘앙스가 뒤따른다.

really farmy, with lots of liquorice and roots. Gets very bourbonny (vanilla, oak). Some interesting perfumy notes, plus some dried fruits. The peat is then growing stronger, getting farmier and farmier
restaurant Palate
lots of candies at first, pear drops, English liquorice, parfait amour liquor. Gets sweeter and sweeter (plain white sugar). Lots of pepper then, and some peat… Sugar and pepper! Long finish, on lavender syrup and hay jelly, with a pinch of salt. The nose is absolutely great, but the palate is a little too much on ‘chemical’ sweets. 85 points .
