옅은 금빛이 잔 속에서 잔잔하게 빛난다. 보모어가 18년을 재워 2023년 페이스 일러를 기념한 이 에디션은 해초와 바닷물, 재와 레몬의 향이 아일라 특유의 짠기와 함께 열린다. 올로로소와 페드로 히메네스 셰리가 남긴 옅은 단맛이 스모크를 감싼다. 52.8도의 도수는 입에서 레몬과 소금기, 굴 같은 미네랄과 검은 후추를 또렷하게 펼친다. 여운은 풀 향과 초록빛 타닌, 레몬 커드의 상큼함을 길게 남긴다. 바다와 셰리가 포개진 아일라 몰트의 균형이 살아 있는 한 잔이다.
