Tasting Notes
잔에 잘 익은 살구빛이 붉게 감돈다. 보모어 16년은 버번과 셰리로 키운 뒤 루비 포트 캐스크로 마무리해 43도로 담은 아일라 싱글 몰트이다. 향에서는 검은 후추와 잘 익은 검은 포도, 백단향의 향이 겹쳐 오르고, 입에서는 체리와 블랙커런트의 단맛이 아일라 특유의 짭조름한 훈연 위에 곱게 얹힌다. 붉은 과실의 달콤함이 다소 앞서지만 균형은 단단하며, 여운에서는 훈연한 체리 잼과 전나무 향이 길게 남는다.

naturally it’s been crafted with great care, the cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry are all present and accounted for, though they’re nicely woven into that beloved salty and smoky malt base. Still, it does lean rather sweet
timer Finish
fairly long but the red fruits begin to take over, veering into smoked cherry jam with hints of fir wood. Or something along those lines
