대만 카발란의 솔리스트 셰리 캐스크로, 아열대 숙성이 빚은 진한 셰리가 노즈에서 곧바로 두드러진다. 호두 껍질과 건포도, 커피와 비터 초콜릿 향이 차례로 발전한다. 팰럿은 58.6도에서 셰리의 진한 단맛에 부싯돌 같은 미네랄이 얽히며 강건하다. 대만의 더운 기후가 가속한 농축된 골격이 입안을 채운다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 금속성 뉘앙스와 견과가 남는다.

yeah, now I remember why I did not like this one too much. It’s got some weirdly flinty and even metallic notes that do not go so well with the sherry in my book, but it’s probably me. With water: indeed. This metallic effect is a tad strange (silver fork effect). Having said that, the rest is all right
