코를 가져가면 아열대 대만의 빠른 숙성을 거친 카발란 솔리스트답게 무화과와 게뷔르츠트라미너 같은 방향성 과실, 밀크 초콜릿이 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿에서는 부드러운 생강 스파이스와 건포도가 명확하게 드러나며 물을 더하면 기름지고 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 크랜베리와 진저브레드의 달큰함이 뒤를 잇는다. 피니시는 리큐르 같은 단맛으로 이어진다. 엑스버번 캐스크에서도 짙은 과실을 뽑아낸 대만 위스키의 구조감이 또렷하다.
