the best batches of the old Mac 10 C/S. Includes the faint peatiness and the minerals. With water: herbs, sage, bay leaves, bouillons, marrow, parsley and chive, and even those 'crystal dim-sums' we love so much. Check the Bleu Bao restaurants when in Paris!
