짙은 호박빛이 잔 벽을 타고 느리게 흘러내린다. 코끝에는 구운 옥수수의 단내와 메이플 시럽이 먼저 닿고 잠시 뒤 정향과 오렌지 껍질의 향이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 입에 넣으면 버터스카치와 토피가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르다가 뉴 차드 오크가 남긴 탄 나무의 쌉쌀함이 단맛의 허리를 잡아준다. 헤븐힐이 18년을 견디게 한 이 싱글 배럴은 힘을 과시하지 않는다. 마지막에는 시나몬과 마른 삼나무 향이 길게 이어진다.
