진한 적호박빛이 잔 속에서 풍성하게 빛난다. 대만 카발란 솔리스트가 비뉴 바리크 캐스크에서 5년을 보낸 2010년 빈티지의 향은 비뉴 캐스크 특유의 농밀한 포도와 잘 익은 검은 체리, 카발란 특유의 농후한 트로피컬 프루츠, 그리고 대만의 따뜻한 기후가 빚어낸 짙은 단맛이 풍성하게 어우러진다. 한 모금에 57.8도의 견고한 캐스크 강도가 두툼하게 펼쳐지며 흑설탕 시럽과 마른 자두, 다크 초콜릿, 가벼운 시나몬이 차례로 흐른다. 카발란 솔리스트 비뉴 바리크 특유의 농밀하고 강건한 여운.
