Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 맑은 황금빛이 유리 안쪽을 타고 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 대만 카발란다운 정교한 향이 열리며 멜론과 감귤, 미라벨 자두와 옅은 바닐라가 섬세하게 겹친다. 한 모금 머금으면 57.1도의 힘에도 팔로 코르타도 캐스크가 시트러스와 커스터드, 레몬그라스, 아카시아 꿀을 산뜻하게 실어 나른다. 삼킨 뒤에는 아열대 숙성다운 깨끗한 과일의 여운에 옅은 소금기가 얹혀 길게 이어진다.

a rather exceptional nose, much more refined and ‘millimetric’ than the others (those were bombs, really), with some melon ala Bruichladdich and some citrus ala Rosebank. Plus mirabelles and ripe white currants, as well as the faintest vanilla. With water: warm praline and vanilla cake. We’re talking high-end natural vanilla. Perhaps one small ripe banana
restaurant Palate
oh perfect. Citrus, orchard fruits, custard, lemon grass, spearmint, acacia honey, and quite some verbena. This baby’s much fresher and cleaner than the others. With water: little Manzanilla impact to be honest, but it’s a great drop, zesty and fruity, with perfect vanilla-ed coating
