오크 캐스크에서 보낸 숙성이 이 발베니 1974 더 프레스턴필드의 결을 둥글게 다듬는다. 1974년 빈티지답게 향은 묵은 꿀과 잘 익은 사과, 옅은 견과가 천천히 발전한다. 43도의 부드러운 입안에서는 보리 단맛과 바닐라, 가벼운 오크가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 오래된 발베니다운 단정하고 깊은 결이 흔들림 없이 이어지고, 깊은 황금빛과 함께 여운은 꿀과 오크로 잔잔히 잦아든다.

oh indeed, Madeira and malt, this works. Really charming, almost coastal, with lovely roasted pistachios and walnuts, a hint of camphor, driftwood, seaweed, mustard-and-sesame crackers (utterly killer) and a few little cider apples. A very pretty nose, well done
restaurant Palate
this is really good, with hints of damp soil, tobacco, still those killer crackers, plus a few truly dry raisins and black tea. Very amusing salty touches
timer Finish
not eternal but always fresh and saline, with those nut/mustard combinations typical of some Madeiras
