노즈에서는 사실상 발베니 원액인 번사이드 1994가 호그스헤드에서 28년 숙성하며 얻은 꿀과 잘 익은 과일 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 오래된 오크의 바닐라와 시트러스가 뒤따라 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 50.5도에서 토피와 마른 살구, 가벼운 향신료가 또렷하게 발전한다. 피니시는 꿀 같은 단맛과 드라이한 오크로 길게 이어지며 균형이 단단하다.
