스페이사이드 더프타운, 자체 보리밭과 플로어 몰팅을 지켜온 발베니의 1990년 증류 싱글 배럴 15년산이다. 전통 방식을 고수하는 산지답게 꿀처럼 풍성한 몰트의 결이 또렷하다. 단일 배럴에서 15년을 보내 잔빛은 밝은 황금빛이다. 헤더 꿀과 바닐라, 잘 익은 배가 향에서 또렷이 드러나고 입에서는 부드러운 몰트 단맛 위로 오크의 향신료가 매끈하게 흐른다. 꿀과 오크의 단맛이 긴 여운으로 이어진다.
