Tasting Notes
오랜 세월이 응축된 짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊게 머문다. 1971년에 증류해 사반세기를 넘긴 이 발베니는 시간이 둥글린 부드러움을 먼저 내민다. 향은 잘 익은 사과와 배, 헤더 꿀이 겹쳐지며 오래된 목재의 따스함을 풍긴다. 한 모금 머금으면 꿀과 몰트, 살구잼의 단맛이 40도의 절제된 도수 위로 미끄러지듯 퍼진다. 자극 없이 매끈한 흐름이 끝까지 흐트러지지 않고, 여운에는 바닐라와 마른 꽃잎의 잔향이 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.
