Tasting Notes
오랜 숙성이 빚어낸 황금빛이 잔에 깊게 머문다. 1968년 빈티지의 발베니 32년은 스페이사이드 명가의 노련함을 그대로 보여준다. 코에는 잘 익은 배와 꿀에 절인 살구, 바닐라 크림이 부드럽게 비친다. 입에서는 50.8도의 무게가 묵직하게 입을 채우며 캐러멜과 구운 호두, 시나몬이 따라온다. 오래된 오크의 향이 마지막을 마무리하며 따뜻한 단맛이 길게 이어진다.

lots of herbal teas, spearmint, a bit of camphor. Some coffee, getting quite herbal. Very nice
restaurant Palate
bold attack, on cardboard (a nice cardboard ;-)) and icing sugar. Cocoa, ripe kiwi, cape gooseberries. Very creamy mouth feel, a most enjoyable old Balvenie. 90 points . Balvenie 32 yo 1968/2000 ‘Vintage Cask’ (50.8%, OB, cask #7294, 180 bottles)
