Tasting Notes
황톳빛 호박색이 잔의 윤곽을 따라 부드럽게 번지며 윤기를 남긴다. 1968년 발베니가 32년 숙성으로 보여주는 빈티지 캐스크 보틀링은 잘 익은 사과와 야생 꿀, 바닐라 빈의 부드러운 단내가 천천히 솟구친다. 한 모금에 51도의 단단한 알코올이 캐러멜라이즈된 배와 시나몬 케이크, 옅은 오크 탄닌의 풍미를 매끄럽게 펼친다. 마지막은 스페이사이드 특유의 견과류와 옅은 헤더 꿀의 잔향으로 정갈하게 가라앉는다.

lots of herbal teas, spearmint, a bit of camphor. Some coffee, getting quite herbal. Very nice

bold attack, on cardboard (a nice cardboard ;-)) and icing sugar. Cocoa, ripe kiwi, cape gooseberries. Very creamy mouth feel, a most enjoyable old Balvenie. 90 points . Balvenie 32 yo 1968/2000 ‘Vintage Cask’ (50.8%, OB, cask #7294, 180 bottles)
