Tasting Notes
어두운 호박빛이 잔에 또렷이 비친다. 1968년에 증류돼 32년을 보낸 발베니 빈티지 캐스크가 시간이 다듬어 놓은 우아함을 잔 안에 풀어낸다. 향에는 잘 익은 살구와 양봉 꿀, 옅은 가죽이 부드럽게 비친다. 머금으면 마른 무화과와 호두기름, 시트러스 마멀레이드가 두꺼운 질감으로 입천장을 덮고 50.8도의 도수가 스페이사이드 특유의 우아한 결을 길게 풀어낸다.

bold attack, on cardboard (a nice cardboard ;-)) and icing sugar. Cocoa, ripe kiwi, cape gooseberries. Very creamy mouth feel, a most enjoyable old Balvenie. 90 points . Balvenie 32 yo 1968/2000 ‘Vintage Cask’ (50.8%, OB, cask #7294, 180 bottles)
