Tasting Notes
스페이사이드 더프타운, 직접 보리를 키우고 몰팅하는 발베니의 전통이 더블우드에 녹아 있다. 버번 캐스크 숙성 뒤 셰리에서 마무리한 12년산은 잔에서 맑은 금빛을 낸다. 새콤한 사과와 구리 주전자, 버터와 흑차의 향에 옅은 박하가 스친다. 40도의 도수로 입안에서는 살짝 쌉쌀하게 구운 케이크와 후추, 비터 오렌지가 번진다. 마무리는 건조하고 쌉쌀하며 새콤한 사과의 잔향이 깔끔하게 남는다.
