Tasting Notes
1973년에 증류된 부나하벤이 셰리 버트에서 서른여덟 해를 보낸 노련한 몰트다. 잔에는 깊은 적갈색이 잠겨 있다. 피트를 쓰지 않은 아일라 몰트답게 향은 우아해, 건포도와 말린 무화과, 가죽과 오래된 오크가 그윽하게 어우러진다. 41.2도의 낮은 도수로 한 모금은 비단처럼 흐르며, 말린 과일과 호두, 다크초콜릿의 단맛이 천천히 풀린다. 여운은 마른 과일과 향신료를 길고 우아하게 남긴다.

it's the sweetest and the most fragrant within the lot. Sultanas and honey, camphor, liquorice, figs, quinces and then growing notes of juicy ripe Muscat grapes and rose petals. Lovable nose, the one I like best so far
restaurant Palate
yes, beats all the other ones because it's more complex and more delicate at the same time. This time we have tropical fruits (mangos, papayas, bananas), orange blossom water, sultanas, dates and then more roasted nuts. Also touches of honey and again something slightly muscaty. The oak remains below the limits, it's neither tea-ish nor gritty
