잔을 천천히 돌리면 42년을 견딘 깊은 마호가니빛이 잔 안에서 무겁게 일렁인다. 코끝에 가져가면 부나하벤 특유의 옅은 소금기 위로 말린 자두와 가죽 향이 겹쳐 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 셰리 벗이 빚은 건과일과 오래된 오크의 단맛이 천천히 입을 채운다. 삼키고 나면 무화과와 흙내음이 45도의 부드러움 속에서 길게 가라앉는다.

as expected, we’re close to the TWA, although this one would be a bit more floral and dry – just a bit. It’s maybe also a tad more complex, with very nice notes of botrytis, old Sauternes, a little leather, plum pie… And honey indeed but It’s say it’s rather lightly honeyed this time. Also a little coffee and toasted bread
restaurant Palate
well, this liquid honey yet again, we’re extremely close to its predecessor here. Maybe it’s a notch fruitier (garden fruits)

fairly long, with touches of mint and liquorice, just like in the TWA
