Tasting Notes

air Nose
it’s not the usual Bunnahabhain, this is much bigger and much more farmyardy at first nosing, before it switches towards more peaches and a little crème caramel. The sherry grows bigger as well, with some walnuts, leather and then some rather big whiffs of caraway and juniper berries. Unusual and very nice
restaurant Palate
nervous dried fruits and spices. First apricots and cinnamon, then more toasted bread and orange marmalade. Breakfast whisky? And the notes of juniper and cumin are back
timer Finish
medium long, sweet, with more dried figs and some cloves and leather in the aftertaste
