노즈에서는 부나하벤 특유의 견과류 같은 고소함과 옅은 소금기가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 호그스헤드에서 28년을 보낸 만큼 잘 익은 과일과 꿀, 마른 풀 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 46.2도의 팰럿은 부드럽게 입을 채우며 보리 단맛과 시트러스, 옅은 왁스 풍미가 단단한 균형을 이룬다. 비피트 아일라 몰트다운 온화한 해안의 개성이 또렷하다. 피니시에서는 소금기 어린 견과류와 꿀의 잔향이 길게 이어지며 우아하게 마무리된다. 비피트 아일라 몰트로서 28년이 빚어낸 온화한 깊이가 돋보인다.
