짙은 구릿빛이 잔 안쪽에서 두껍게 반짝인다. 코에는 갓 태운 설탕과 바닐라 꼬투리가 앞서고 그 아래 옅은 박하가 서늘하게 깔린다. 63.75도의 도수는 입안 전체를 데우며 캐러멜의 단맛과 검은 후추의 매운맛을 동시에 밀어붙인다. 한 통에서만 나온 술이라 이 병에서만 만날 수 있는 결이 뚜렷하다. 헤븐힐 10년 싱글 배럴답게 마무리에는 마른 참나무와 담배 연기가 길게 이어진다.
