Tasting Notes
검붉은 마호가니빛이 잔 안에서 깊게 빛난다. 아일라의 부나하벤이 퍼스트필 셰리 캐스크에서 28년을 보낸 이 원액은 대개 피트를 쓰지 않는 증류소답게 셰리의 무게에 집중한다. 코끝에는 건포도와 호두, 오래된 가죽의 향이 겹쳐 온다. 한 모금 머금으면 49.1도의 기운 위로 흑설탕과 무화과, 짭조름한 바다 내음이 어우러진다. 끝에는 다크초콜릿과 견과의 쌉쌀함이 깊고 길게 남는다.

most probably refill. It’s a grassy, mineral and slightly leathery sherriness that we’re experiencing, bordering on light, earthy peat. I’m also finding papers, not obligatorily old ones, as well as a little honey and tarte tatin
restaurant Palate
much fruitier than expected, around apple compote and squeezed oranges, before more greenness kicks in again, green tea, bitter almonds, green oak… It’s very good but it’s not one of those round and luscious old Bunnahabhains
timer Finish
medium, even grassier, and slightly salty. Quite a lot of nutmeg from the oak, also bitter walnuts and almonds
