Tasting Notes
부나하벤 1991이 셰리 캐스크가 물들인 짙은 호박빛을 잔에 머금는다. 토탄을 거의 쓰지 않는 부나하벤답게 말린 과일과 호두, 바다 소금의 향이 잔잔하게 얽힌다. 42.2도의 부드러운 입안에서는 잘 익은 자두와 흑설탕, 옅은 가죽이 둥글게 흐른다. 아일라 북동쪽 해안의 짭조름한 개성이 셰리의 단맛 사이로 또렷이 비친다. 마른 과일과 소금기의 여운이 우아하고 길게 이어지는 이 보틀링이다.

a light and fresh kind of sherried Bunny, quite medicinal again (is that a vintage effect, after all?), becoming rather more leathery after a few seconds. Cigarette tobacco and then more earth and even a little dust, walnuts, old wine cellar… A style that I enjoy, as long as the palate isn’t tired. Let’s check that…
