Tasting Notes
잔을 가까이 하면 부나하벤 특유의 옅은 바다 소금기와 잘 익은 과일 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 대체로 피트를 쓰지 않는 아일라 증류소답게 노즈는 훈연 대신 꿀과 견과가 두드러진다. 1989년 증류해 32년을 보낸 만큼 팰럿은 부드러운 오크와 말린 살구가 발전한다. 44.6도의 절제된 도수에 균형이 단단하고, 피니시는 옅은 소금기와 향신료로 길게 이어진다.

drier, more on tobacco and Pu-erh, then finally on chocolate with a very high cocoa content. The aftertaste leans much more towards rather salty beef broth and old oloroso, even a touch of old vin jaune
