아일라 북동부 외딴 해안에 자리한 부나하벤, 1988년 증류한 31년산이다. 같은 섬이면서도 피트를 거의 쓰지 않아 바다 소금기와 견과류의 결이 도드라지는 산지다. 호그스헤드에서 31년을 보내 잔빛은 밝은 황금빛이다. 바다 소금과 호두, 옅은 시트러스가 향에서 또렷이 드러나고 입에서는 짭짤한 기운 위로 보리의 단맛과 견과류가 매끈하게 흐른다. 소금기와 오크의 단맛이 긴 여운으로 이어진다.
