perfect young malt, with a faint coastal side (some salinity) and plum tartes, roasted nuts, halva, pistachio, then fresher fruits, even cider. And always stewed apples. With water: awesome combination, between the bready and malty side on one side, and the saltier, more coastal, more lemony aspects on the other side
