Tasting Notes
깊은 호박빛이 잔에 잠겨 있다. 아일라에서도 비교적 순한 부나하벤답게 마른 과일과 호두, 옅은 바다 내음이 셰리의 단맛과 어우러져 피어오른다. 입에 머금으면 옥타브 셰리 캐스크의 진한 건포도와 토피가 미끄러지듯 번지고, 47.5도의 도수가 23년의 숙성이 다듬은 무게를 받쳐 든다. 연기 없는 아일라의 둥근 과실미가 마지막까지 또렷하며, 여운은 견과와 소금기로 길게 남는다.
