Tasting Notes
오랜 세월이 응축된 짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊이 어린다. 1968년에 증류해 무려 39년을 보낸 부나하벤답게 말린 과일과 꿀, 오래된 가죽, 옅은 소금기의 향이 그윽하게 피어오른다. 40.5도의 부드러운 도수에서 한 모금은 토피와 호두, 무화과의 단맛이 비단처럼 미끄러지고, 사십 년에 가까운 숙성이 빚은 원숙한 깊이가 입안을 감싼다. 부나하벤 특유의 온화한 해변 풍미가 또렷하게 깃들어 있다. 여운에는 마른 과일과 소금기의 잔향이 길고 우아하게 이어진다.

very, very close to the official 12yo that I’m using as a benchmark, but softer, more a ‘whispering’ bunny when compared to the 12, that got a bit bigger in recent years. Butter, soft honey, hay and sultanas. Shy
