immaculate young peater, with lime juice, seawater, fish brine, and not much else but we weren't in need of anything else. With water: bitter and smoked almonds, drawing gum (I mean, it's reminiscent of drawing gum, indeed we don't drink drawing gum) and softer brines. Something to do with gherkins, perhaps

medium, clean, smoked pears, ink, olives and that kind of stuff
