잔 안에 깃든 짙은 적갈색이 묵직하게 빛난다. 아일라 북부 부나하벤 1979 빈티지가 셰리 부트에서 32년의 시간을 보낸 블랙애더 캐스크 스트렝스 보틀은 비피티드 부나하벤의 정직한 셰리 캐릭터를 담는다. 향은 건자두, 다크 초콜릿, 옅은 가죽, 마른 무화과로 펼쳐진다. 입안에서는 51.8도의 알코올 위로 짙은 셰리 시럽과 호두, 시나몬이 묵직하게 입을 채운다. 여운은 비피티드 부나하벤의 우아한 무게가 잔에 깊게 머문다.

a clean walnutty sherry, with some leather and tobacco. Much more soy sauce and gunpowder after ten minutes or so. Dried mushrooms, touches of English brown sauce, maybe chives. With water: herbs galore! Chives, parsley, maybe even oregano… That's fun! More balsamic vinegar as well
restaurant Palate
same feeling, oranges and gunpowder with some praline, toffee, milk chocolate and quite some ashes. Bitter oranges. With water: same except that it becomes grassier and more leathery. Tobacco, oranges
timer Finish
long and quite grassy. Slightly bitter and mushroomy aftertaste
