잔을 흔들어 잔향을 깨우면 옅은 황금빛이 잔 벽을 따라 미끄러진다. 코끝에 가져가면 부나하벤 1990의 짭조름한 견과류와 아메리칸 오크에서 25년을 보낸 부드러운 바닐라가 가장 먼저 인사한다. 한 모금을 머금으면 46도가 입천장을 천천히 덮으며 솔티드 캐러멜과 시트러스 껍질을 따라간다. 베리 브로스 보틀링을 삼키면 아일라 북단의 깨끗한 해풍이 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.
