Tasting Notes
잔을 받아 들고 가볍게 흔들면 짙은 적갈색이 잔 안에서 굼뜨게 돈다. 코를 가까이 하면 셰리의 마른 과일과 호두, 옅은 바다 내음이 함께 다가온다. 한 모금 머금으면 부나하벤다운 부드러운 질감 위로 건포도와 무화과의 단맛이 차오른다. 입에 굴리면 아일라 위스키지만 피트는 거의 없이 짭조름한 해풍만 은은하게 비친다. 32년의 셰리 숙성이 51.8도의 힘을 둥글게 감싸 거친 구석이 없다. 삼킨 자리에 견과와 가죽, 마른 과일의 단맛이 또렷이 맴돈다.

a clean walnutty sherry, with some leather and tobacco. Much more soy sauce and gunpowder after ten minutes or so. Dried mushrooms, touches of English brown sauce, maybe chives. With water: herbs galore! Chives, parsley, maybe even oregano… That's fun! More balsamic vinegar as well
restaurant Palate
same feeling, oranges and gunpowder with some praline, toffee, milk chocolate and quite some ashes. Bitter oranges. With water: same except that it becomes grassier and more leathery. Tobacco, oranges
timer Finish
long and quite grassy. Slightly bitter and mushroomy aftertaste
