Tasting Notes
셰리 버트에서 서른세 해를 보낸 1979년 부나하벤의 시간이 무피트 아일라다운 진한 과실과 옅은 소금기로 펼쳐진다. 코에서는 건포도와 호두, 은은한 바다내음이 겹겹이 오른다. 43.8도의 입안은 셰리의 단맛과 말린 과실, 미네랄이 부드럽게 흐른다. 서른세 해의 긴 숙성이 셰리와 해안의 풍미를 단단히 엮어, 짙은 호박빛 너머 여운은 달콤하고 짭조름하게 길게 이어진다.

air Nose
very grassy and very porridgy, this one! It reminds me of several older indie Bunnahabhain that haven’t been too thrilling in my opinion, and that’s an understatement. I get quite some beer as well, fermenting grass, baker’s yeast… Well well well…
restaurant Palate
ha-ho, this is completely different! Nothing to do with the nose, this palate is all on juicy fruits, liqueurs and jams, with some liquorice and bubblegum for good measure. Nice touches of pineapple liqueur and honeydew
timer Finish
medium long, a tad more gingery. Cardamom and cranberries in the aftertaste – that works!
