Tasting Notes
셰리 캐스크가 20년의 시간을 견디며 만든 결과가 짙은 호박빛과 깊은 향으로 또렷이 드러난다. 아델피의 나이트캡으로 풀린 부나하벤 1991은 54.4도의 카스크 스트렝스로 아일라 북부의 가벼운 피트와 셰리의 결합을 곱게 풀어낸다. 향은 마른 무화과와 헤더 꿀, 옅은 갯바람. 입에서는 자두잼과 구운 견과, 짭조름한 미네랄이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 부나하벤 특유의 단단한 보리가 여운에 깊게 머문다.

this one isn’t medicinal, rather chocolaty (milk chocolate) and raisiny; although it tends to become drier and closer and closer to the Jack Wiebers’. Walnuts and tobacco. With water: some earth coming out, we’re actually extremely close to the JWWW now. Pretty great nose

sweet and raisiny arrival, then the same kind of bittersweet development as in the JWWW. Somewhat acrid. There’s also something lavendery and geraniumy (yes I’m afraid of no barbarisms). With water: nah, same story as above. A little difficult
