노즈에서는 퍼스트필 셰리 버트의 영향으로 야성적인 고기 뉘앙스와 시가, 오래된 지하실 향이 가장 먼저 드러나고, 부나하벤답게 이탄이 없는 아일라의 흙내와 부엽토가 셰리 아래 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 팰럿은 54.3도로 진한 셰리와 무화과, 담뱃잎과 감초가 두꺼운 질감으로 흐른다. 피니시는 길고 흙내 도는 과일 케이크가 이어진다. 1991년 빈티지 19년 퍼스트필 셰리로 밀도와 구조감이 단단하게 짜인 한 병이다.
