Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊게 잠겨 붉은빛을 머금는다. 아일라에서 피트를 거의 쓰지 않는 부나하벤은, 코끝에서 밀크초콜릿과 건포도, 호두와 담뱃잎의 향을 진하게 피워 올린다. 1991년 증류해 18년을 보낸 이 위스키는 53.7도로 건포도의 달큰함과 씁쓸함이 교차하고, 은은한 흙내와 라벤더 같은 뉘앙스가 뒤따른다. A.D. 래트레이가 병입한 이 개별 캐스크는 셰리의 깊이를 온화하게 품었고, 여운은 말린 과일과 견과가 남는다.

this one isn’t medicinal, rather chocolaty (milk chocolate) and raisiny; although it tends to become drier and closer and closer to the Jack Wiebers’. Walnuts and tobacco. With water: some earth coming out, we’re actually extremely close to the JWWW now. Pretty great nose
