Tasting Notes
짙은 황금빛이 잔 속에 그윽이 고인다. 아몬티야도 셰리 호그스헤드에서 마무리한 부나하벤 2003은 열다섯 해의 숙성을 거쳐, 잔을 코끝에 두면 라임차와 가죽, 연필 깎은 부스러기에 초록 호두의 견과 향이 독특하게 겹친다. 한 모금 머금으면 마멀레이드와 멘톨, 진저비어의 알싸함이 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르고, 57.4도의 도수가 단단한 힘을 낸다. 여운은 향신료와 쌉싸름한 견과, 시트러스의 잔향을 길게 남긴다.

oh, patchouli, lime tea, leather, pencil shavings and hot brake pads! And putty, Barbour grease, vin jaune and green walnuts. Hit or miss, this, let’s see… With water: very nice indeed. Citrus out with flying colours – which just always works
restaurant Palate
very good, thick, mentholy, marmalade-y, jammy and spicy, without any wood shavings this time. Drops of ginger beer, perhaps. With water: top notch, lemony and spicy. Perhaps a tad too spicy, having said that, but after all, this is 2020 and whisky’s now all about wood, is it not?
