아일라 북동쪽 사운드 오브 아일라를 마주한 부나하벤은 섬에서 드물게 절제된 피트를 지닌 증류소다. 이 14년 핸드필 보틀링은 모인 PX 캐스크 피니시를 거쳐 잔에 짙은 구릿빛을 띠고, 향에서는 건포도와 짭조름한 해풍, 옅은 그을음이 올라온다. 59.9도의 캐스크 스트렝스가 입에서 무화과와 검은 설탕, 가벼운 훈연을 묵직하게 풀어내고, 바다 소금이 단맛을 잡아 준다. 여운에는 PX의 진득한 단맛과 흙내음이 남는다.
