잔을 가까이 하면 뮈스카 캐스크로 마무리한 부나하벤답게 석탄 연기와 잉크, 점토와 라임이 명확하게 드러나고 바다 공기가 스친다. 물을 더하면 요오드와 오존이 번지며 젖은 모래 뉘앙스가 이어진다. 팰럿에서는 크리미하고 달큰한 레몬 피트가 두드러지며 젤리 같은 과실 단맛이 실린다. 피니시는 짭조름한 레몬 향으로 길게 발전하고 훈연이 오래 남는다. 뮈스카 피니시가 더해진 55.6도 아일라 11년답게 레몬 피트의 구조감이 또렷하다.
