새 아메리칸 오크 배럴에서 보낸 3년은 짧지만 흔적은 분명하다. 향은 커스터드와 팬케이크 쪽으로 기울고 그 뒤로 톱밥, 육두구, 계피가 옅게 깔린다. 40%로 정리된 입은 순하게 달고, 오크와 시럽 사이로 라벤더 같은 라이 기운이 스친다. 골드빛 색조만큼 구성도 가벼워 여운은 짧게 끝나지만, 끝맛에 남는 감초가 이 에코 스프링의 제일 좋은 부분이다.
