Tasting Notes
잔을 가까이 하면 1968년 빈티지 브룩라디의 잘 익은 살구, 들꽃, 가벼운 해초 향이 명확하게 드러난다. 21년 숙성이 아일라 비피티드 특유의 정제된 단맛과 미네랄리티로 발전한다. 팰럿은 46도의 단정한 도수가 마른 시트러스, 토피, 약한 정향의 구조감을 받쳐주며 균형이 단단하게 잡힌다. 문 임포트 페니 블랙 시리즈답게 이탈리아 큐레이션 감각이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 피니시는 길게 발전하며 짭조름한 미네랄과 묵은 오크의 쌉쌀함이 잔잔히 잠긴다.

very, very similar to the Torrey Pine. Maybe even more praline/nougat, and a little less ‘Atlantic freshness’ as the owners would say, although the proportions of both components do change every minute. Very close
restaurant Palate
once again, we’re very close to the ‘Links’ here but it’s as if there was something more ‘spicy/oriental’ (not kidding!) Baklavas? The whole, although very similar, is a little more emphatic than the Links but maybe a little less elegant and balanced. A little rubber

longer than the Links’ but maybe a tad spirity/kirschy
