initially quite sulphury, then moving on to crushed fruits and moss, damp earth... It's very wine-like. With water: bay leaves, leather, cherry jam and roasted peanuts

restaurant Palate

it works quite well on the palate, but it's very powerful. Grenadine, children's toothpaste, cherry syrup, bits of tobacco. With water: now it seems like it was sweet white wine, typical of Jurançon, but then where does the coppery colour come from?
