Tasting Notes
잔을 가까이 하면 포트 호그스헤드가 남긴 붉은 베리와 자두 향이 브룩라디 특유의 보리 단맛과 함께 명확하게 드러난다. 11년 숙성이지만 61.2도의 높은 도수가 만든 짙은 질감이 입을 가득 채우고, 라즈베리와 다크 체리, 옅은 후추가 또렷하게 발전한다. 세컨드 필 포트 캐스크답게 과실의 단맛과 산미의 균형이 단단하다. 마이크로 프로비넌스 시리즈로 병입된 이 위스키의 피니시는 붉은 과일과 가벼운 타닌이 길게 이어진다.
