잔 안에 깊은 루비빛이 머문다. 1990년 빈티지의 브룩라디 26년이 오 브리옹 와인 캐스크에서 보낸 시간이 색에서부터 또렷이 드러난다. 코에는 잘 익은 검붉은 자두와 마른 장미꽃잎, 가죽 향이 깊게 머문다. 입에서는 산미가 살아 있는 적포도 즙과 다크 베리, 가벼운 타닌의 짜임새가 흐른다. 아일라의 짠 미네랄이 마지막에 살짝 비치며 와인의 떫은 끝맛이 길게 이어진다.
