Tasting Notes
엷은 화이트와인빛이 잔 속에서 투명하게 감돈다. 피트를 입히지 않은 아일라의 브룩라디는, 코끝에서 오트케이크와 루바브 잼, 죽 같은 곡물의 향과 은근한 생강, 레몬을 겹겹이 피워 올린다. 1989년 증류해 17년을 보낸 이 빈티지는 46도로 호두와 녹차, 바닐라와 데친 복숭아의 기름지고 풀바디한 질감을 매끄럽게 풀어낸다. 버번과 럼 캐스크의 만남이 두꺼운 몰트를 감싸며, 여운은 풀내음과 후추, 구스베리의 새콤함이 남는다.

certainly thicker and kind of rougher than the Classic. Oatcakes and rhubarb jam, porridge, a little ginger and hints of lemon. A bigger version for sure
restaurant Palate
rather fat and oily, full bodied, slightly burnt and very malty. Walnuts, roasted nuts, a lot of green tea, vanilla and poached peaches. Works well
timer Finish
long, kind of ‘organic’ indeed, maybe a tad grassier now. Quite some vanilla, pepper and gooseberries in the aftertaste
