Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 맑은 황금빛이 가볍게 일렁인다. 코를 가져가면 비피트 브루이클라디다운 보리 단맛과 시트러스 위로 럼 피니시가 더한 사탕수수와 바나나의 향이 겹친다. 한 모금을 머금으면 18년 숙성이 빚은 꿀과 열대 과일, 가벼운 바닐라가 혀를 감싼다. 혀 가운데서는 코코넛과 라임의 결이 솟는다. 52.7도를 삼키면 럼이 들인 달큰함과 해안의 짭조름함이 엇갈리며 길게 이어진다.

very strange nose. White hermitage is a big, spicy wine with plenty of character, and that shows here. There’s a strange kind of spicy earthiness, a lot of chalk, strange notes of overripe gooseberries, then a growing ‘old barrel’ side, quite musty and maybe not of the best kind. Some burnt fruits too, burnt raisin cake… With water: some sulphur coming through. Hardboiled eggs
