아일라 서부 린스 반도의 브룩라디는 대체로 피트를 쓰지 않는 산뜻한 개성으로 산지 안에서 독특한 자리를 차지한다. 페일 올로로소 셰리 버트에서 15년을 보낸 이 기념 보틀링은 짙은 앰버빛 아래 건포도와 럼, 익힌 딸기의 향이 달콤하게 오른다. 53.5도의 힘 위로 오크의 수지 향이 뚜렷해, 입에서는 대담한 참나무와 소금기, 검은 후추가 진하게 번진다. 여운은 박하와 수지의 결이 남으며 또렷이 깃들어 있다.

lots of sultanas and rum, cooked strawberries, crystallised oranges… Not too complicated but the balance is almost perfect despite the heavy woodiness (resin)
restaurant Palate
bold, very oaky and resinous again with salty touches. Goes on with black pepper, peppermint… More and more resinous, getting a bit 'plankish'. Too bad but there's a wide range of much better young vintage Glenfarclasses to choose from. 79 points .
